Our accomodations are primitive but comfortable. The yurt is heated with a woodburning stove. Sleeping cots are provided. There are beeswax candles for light. The lavvu is simply a tent.
Water is melted snow in winter, and filtered or boiled river water in the warmer months. You may cook on a campfire or atop the yurt woodstove We strive to be petroleum free but you may bring a campstove if absolutely necessary.
Edge Habitat is accessible by vehicle during the warm months, and by ski, snowshoe or foot December through mid-May, depending on conditions.
